The Bar V Guesthouse is located on 914 acres bordered by the
Llano River 12 miles south of Mason off FM 1723 on West Simonsville Road.
This stretch of the Llano has been featured on the cover
of Texas Monthly Magazine as one of the best rivers in Texas.
Gorgeous views of bluffs and beautiful sunsets abound. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, floating, tubing and swimming along 6100 feet (1 1/4 miles) of the Llano River.
The Bar V Guesthouse is perfect for family reunions, receptions, vacations, parties or just a family get-a-way! It has a large BBQ pit outside for cooking for a crowd,
and boasts a fireplace, kitchen with appliances, restroom, 6 single beds, 5 full size beds and two rollaway beds. You must bring your own linens. Two window air conditioning units
help keep the Guesthouse cool in the hot Texas summer months.
$300 per night with a 3-night minimum (Thursday noon through Sunday noon)
No guest limit within reason. |

DIRECTIONS TO BAR V RANCH GUESTHOUSE

From Mason travel south on US Highway 87. Turn right on FM
1723, continuing past the intersection of FM 2389 going about
4.5 miles merging into Simonsville Road (blacktop County Road).
Continue down Simonsville Road for about 3.5 miles and turn
rignt onto West Simonsville Road. Do not cross the Llano River.
Continue down West Simonsville Road approximately 1.5 miles,
crossing 6 cattleguards. Turn left at the blue 911 sign on the
tree that says 6211 West Simonsbille Road. Follow the map to the
Bar V Guesthouse. |
