Shayne Smith, broker, of Homestead Real Estate has been serving the Mason Hill Country area in real estate for the past 21 years. Originally from Llano County, a landowner herself, Shayne is familiar with the ins and outs of real estate. After graduating from Llano High School in 1996, Shayne went to San Angelo and attended Angelo State University, majoring in Business. She there met Jim Bob Smith of Mason. They married in 1998.  Jim Bob and Shayne have two daughters. Steeley Smith holds  Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Agricultural Communications from Texas Tech and has completed her first year of Texas Tech University Law School. Daughter Sterling Smith is a Junior at Texas Tech University majoring in Ag Business. The family resides on their sixth generation family ranch South of Mason. Jim Bob and Shayne own Mason Feed Store in Mason.
